“Solo” deltog på labradors kvalifikationsprøve den 23. september 2017 og betod. Dommerne var Inga Bonnez (eksteriør) og Lars Nordenhof (praktisk del).
Kritik for eksteriør:
5 år gammel han, Udmærket størrelse, Fint maskulint hovede. Veludfyldt næseparti, En anelse lyse øjne. God bred skalle. God stærk tør hals. Korrekt tilbagelagte skuldre. Stærk lænd. En anelse faldende kryds. Passende benstammer. Veludviklede brystforhold. Udstilles i stram kondition. God strid pels. Smuk farve.
The 5th of June we took four dogs to working test in the North of Jutland Partridge Frozen Fantazy (Tazy), was finally getting her obedience test, Lochiness Han Solo, Fernshot Cricket og Lochiness Clotworthy Dobbin were all entered in the working test. The first two in open class and Dobbin in novice. Two awards and placed in the top four
The test was apparently somewhat harder than intended, but the posts were straightforward and a fun to do. Tazy passed her obedience test and was best dog in her category. She recieved her very first prize ever. Solo needed a bit more luck this time and missed a dummy on his very last post. But Dobbin passed and was placed as no 4 out of 20. Only four dogs passed. Cricket also did really well and was placed as runner-up in a class of 30 entered dogs. Only five dogs passed open class.
At the cold game test top class (B-proeve) in Karup, region Midtjylland on Maj 27 Solo achieved a COM – certificate of merrit. It was a very satisfactory result from a most challenging test. Jon Andersen and team had organized a really creative and exciting layout, and it was a pleasure to attend. Only 10 dogs out of the 35 passed the two preliminary tests and of the seven in the finals only 5 completed, which tells you something about the level of competition. One can not be anything but satisfied with a dog who now for the third time has made it to the finals earning a place among the top three or an award.
Cold game test on April 22 with elite class as mocktrial
Lochiness Clotworthy Dobbin (photo coming soon) achieved only 21 months old his second excellent and is therefore – in spite of his young age – already qualified for elite class. The next target is an excellent in open field trial, but that will have to wait to the shooting season. This summer will therefor be concentrating on training for that and participation in working tests to build experience. We expect a great deal from Dobbin. He is a relative large dog with much energy and capacity
Lochiness Han Solo was placed as number 3 out of a really strong group of 29 in the elite class mocktrial.
A mocktrial is a cold game test which is designed to resemble a real field trial as much as possible. It is a really exciting and entertaining type of test and a really useful preparation for the field trial season.
Thank you all for a super day!
Our 21 months old labrador dog by IRFTCH Shimnavale Excalibur and Lochiness Foxberry had his debut in open class B (cold game test) on April 9th. He passed and was awarded an excellent. This means that his next excellent in the class will qualify him for the elite class. He has come a long way fast!
In only 5 hours Kullaholms Ginny gave birth to 9 puppies, and within an0ther hour and a half, yet another black was born. She has now 5 yellows and 5 blacks, 5 puppy dogs and 5 puppy bitches. The puppies are by our own Fernshot Cricket.
Ginny is an exemplary mother and we have complete peace and quiet in the box. So now our main focus is to help getting the puppies through the next couple of days and nights and to spoil Ginny the very best we can.
